Statarea Kenya operates a strict no refund policy for all VIP membership subscriptions. Once payment has been processed and verified, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

This applies to:

  • Monthly VIP memberships

  • Quarterly VIP memberships (3 months)

  • Annual VIP memberships (12 months)

  • All payment methods (bank transfer, mobile money, PayPal, cryptocurrency)


2. Nature of Digital Service

Our VIP membership is a digital service that provides immediate access to premium football predictions, betting tips, and analysis. Due to the immediate nature of digital content delivery:

  • Access is granted instantly upon payment verification

  • You receive immediate value through predictions and tips

  • Content cannot be “returned” like physical products

  • Historical predictions and analysis remain accessible during your membership period

Important

Once you gain access to VIP predictions and tips, the service is considered delivered and used, making refunds impossible.


3. Pre-Purchase Considerations

Before purchasing a VIP membership, please ensure you:

  • Understand the service by reviewing what is included in the VIP package

  • Check our free predictions to evaluate our prediction quality

  • Read our Terms of Service and this Refund Policy carefully

  • Verify pricing and membership duration

  • Confirm payment details before submitting payment

If available, start with a shorter membership plan before committing to longer-term access.


4. Payment Verification Issues

If there is an issue with payment verification (not a refund request), we may assist in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Payment deducted but account not activated due to a technical issue

  • Incorrect payment amount sent by mistake

In these cases, please contact support within 24 hours of the transaction and provide:

  • Transaction reference number

  • Payment proof (screenshot or receipt)

  • Detailed explanation of the issue

5. No Guarantees on Predictions

While we strive to provide high-quality predictions based on thorough analysis:

  • We do not guarantee winning outcomes

  • Sports betting involves risk and uncertainty

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results

  • Betting losses do not qualify for refunds

Our service provides football analysis and predictions only. We are not responsible for betting decisions made using our content.


6. Membership Cancellation

While refunds are not available:

  • You may choose not to renew your membership when it expires

  • Monthly memberships expire after 30 days

  • Quarterly memberships expire after 3 months

  • Annual memberships expire after 12 months

Unless explicitly stated, there are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.

You will not be charged again unless you manually purchase a new membership.
